2–4 years of experience in tech marketing, product marketing, content, or research roles Excellent written and verbal communication skills—you can write clearly and succinctly for both internal and external audiences Comfortable working on multiple projects at once and adjusting priorities based on team needs Self-motivated, proactive, and excited to learn by doing Collaborative and team-oriented—you’re happy to jump in and support where needed Curious and thoughtful—you ask great questions and enjoy digging into new product areas or user behaviors The reasonably estimated base salary for this role ranges from $72,900 - $96,000 plus a competitive equity package. Actual compensation is based on the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience. What Else?
In addition to Postman's pay-on-performance philosophy, and a flexible schedule working with a fun, collaborative team, Postman offers a comprehensive set of benefits, including full medical coverage, flexible PTO, wellness reimbursement, and a monthly lunch stipend.
