Responsibilities Customer Centricity : Drive positive Customer Satisfaction and become a trusted advisor to customers by leveraging M365 Enterprise Services expertise to enable defined Customer Success Plan outcomes. Actively listen and respectfully challenge to drive the best outcomes. Customer Insights : Provide feedback and insights from customers back to the relevant Microsoft teams to enable continuous improvement.
Business Impact : Develop opportunities to drive Customer Success business results by working with business and technical decision makers to ensure they understand Microsoft's M365 value proposition and get value from their investment in Microsoft technologies. Resolution of Customer Blockers : Identify resolutions to issues blocking go-live of customer success projects by leveraging deep knowledge of M365 services OR deep knowledge of Teams, Phone, and voice services. Lead technical conversations with customers to drive value from Microsoft investments. Deliver all work according to Microsoft best practices and policies using repeatable IP.
Technical Leadership : Learn It All demonstrate a self-learner mindset and align skilling to team/area demands and Customer Success goals. Accelerate customer outcomes : Engage in relevant communities to share expertise, contribute to IP creation, and accelerate transformation journeys.

Qualifications
Required Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field AND 2+ years experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, IT consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting. OR equivalent experience. 2+ years experience working on technical projects with experience designing and deploying solutions in AI/Microsoft 365 solutions or related, along with knowledge of hybrid cloud architectures for integrating on-premises workloads with Azure resources. Breadth of technical experience with depth in Microsoft 365 Copilot and one or more of the following Microsoft 365 solutions: Copilot Studio, Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Endpoint (Intune, Azure Virtual Desktop and/or Windows 365).

Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field AND 8+ years experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, IT consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting OR Masters Degree in a related field AND 6+ years experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting OR equivalent experience. 4+ years experience in a customer-facing role and 4+ years experience on technical projects. Change management experience and/or PROSCI certification. Business and sales acumen; Technical Certification in Cloud (e.g., Azure, AWS, Google) and/or certifications such as Microsoft Azure fundamentals, M365 fundamentals. Cloud Security, Teams Administration, SharePoint Certifications. Deep knowledge of solution architecture, design, implementation, and/or support of Cloud and/or hybrid messaging/collaboration/unified environments. Breadth of technical experience and knowledge with depth in two or more of the following Microsoft 365 solutions: Teams, Teams Phone & Rooms, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online & Viva, Power Platform, Windows & Cloud Endpoint, Identity and Access Management, Information Protection, Governance & Risk Management, Compliance Management.
Cloud Solution Architecture IC3 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $85,100 - $169,800 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations within the San Francisco Bay Area and New York City metropolitan area: USD $112,000 - $185,300 per year. Cloud Solution Architecture IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $106,400 - $203,600 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations within the San Francisco Bay Area and New York City metropolitan area: USD $137,600 - $222,600 per year.
