Wellington Management About The Role A Senior Trade Operations Analyst will work as part of a team in a fast-paced, fluid environment where ability to prioritize multiple tasks while experiencing short-term interruptions are highly valued. The incumbent will work independently as well as collaboratively with colleagues around the world. The primary responsibilities of a Senior Trade Operations Analyst will be problem solving and troubleshooting trade issues, running initiatives/projects, and acting as an escalation to more junior team members. Job Responsibilities

Research and resolve equity and fixed income trade and FX discrepancies by interacting with brokers, banks, and Wellington personnel Overdraft claims research and resolution, including zero tolerant clients and CSDR debits and credits Oversee workflows performed by our offshore team (Accenture) Instruct trades and trade amendments to service providers when necessary Oversee external service providers (i.e. brokers, banks and vendors) Manage strategic projects and initiatives as well as prioritizing information technology needs and requirements Mitigate risk through strong procedural discipline and prudent judgement Research and evaluate operational requirements of new market/asset types being considered for investment or changes to existing markets Assist other areas of the firm to support client needs and respond to general custody and trading inquiries Qualifications

A Trade Operations Analyst must be able to work quickly and accurately under pressure, possess a high degree of analytical ability and can plan/prioritize tasks in a fluid environment. Team orientation and the ability to work in concert with external service providers and colleagues located around the world are essential. Successful candidates must have impeccable integrity, a fiduciary mindset, and the ability to consistently place the interest of our clients as the number one factor in judgment, decision-making and actions. Knowledge of equities, fixed income and foreign exchange is preferred but not required. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills focused on accuracy and efficiency. At least 5 years of relevant experience required. Capable of managing multiple tasks and setting priorities when working within time constraints. In-depth knowledge of Global Markets, and experience liaising with banks and brokers. Experience with commonly used business applications such as Bank websites, ALERT, OASYS, Bloomberg, Omgeo Connect/CTM, Omgeo TradeSuite and SWIFT preferred. Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Access, Excel) is required and technical skills, such as Python, PL SQL, will be viewed favorably Benefits

The base salary range for this position is USD 80,000 - 180,000. This range takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered when making compensation decisions, including skill sets, role, experience, certifications, and education. Base salary is one component of Wellington’s total compensation; other rewards may include a discretionary Corporate Bonus and/or Incentives, if eligible.
