Bilingual Customer Service Representative (Spanish)

Join our team as a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, where you will play a vital role in supporting both wholesale and retail customers. Your primary responsibilities will include understanding customer needs, answering inquiries about Sherwin-Williams products, and providing tailored solutions to enhance their experience. As part of our team, you will: Deliver outstanding customer satisfaction through top-notch sales service. Assist customers both in person and over the phone by identifying their needs and suggesting the right products and services. Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with our customers. Accurately process sales transactions following company policies. Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals. Maintain organized work order files and product formulas. Retrieve products from the sales floor or warehouse efficiently. Tint and mix products well to meet customer specifications. Stock shelves and create appealing displays. Keep store equipment clean and functional. Assist in the loading and unloading of delivery trucks. Help with deliveries when necessary. Ensure assigned areas are well-stocked and visually appealing. Stay informed on product offerings and provide knowledgeable advice to customers. Comply with inventory control procedures. Propose suggestions for improving sales performance. Minimum Requirements: Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age. Must be legally authorized to work in the country without needing sponsorship now or in the future. Fluency in English and Spanish is required for communication. Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs occasionally. Must be willing to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. Preferred Qualifications: Possess a valid Driver's License. High School diploma or GED is preferred. One (1) year of experience in retail or customer service is a plus. Prior experience in selling paint and related products is advantageous.
