As a Bilingual Customer Service Advisor, your primary responsibility will be to engage with both wholesale and retail customers, understanding their needs, providing answers about our Sherwin-Williams products, and recommending the best solutions. It's essential to ensure maximum customer satisfaction while achieving our store's sales goals. Responsibilities also include resolving customer concerns promptly and staying updated on product features, as well as maintaining high standards in product presentation and store visuals. Your role will involve: Delivering outstanding service to ensure customer satisfaction. Assisting customers in person and over the phone to identify their needs and presenting appropriate product options. Building trusting relationships with both wholesale and retail customers. Accurately processing sales transactions and following store policies. Meeting and striving to exceed monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals. Maintaining organized work order files and product formulas. Retrieving specified products from the sales floor or warehouse. Tinting and mixing products to meet customer specifications as needed. Stocking shelves and setting up displays to ensure an appealing store environment. Cleaning store equipment and assisting with deliveries when necessary. Maintaining the in-stock and presentable condition of assigned areas. Ensuring compliance with inventory control procedures. Suggesting improvements to enhance sales performance. The ideal candidate will work at various stores within a 30-mile radius of our location at 7450 A Lancaster Pike, Hockessin, DE 19707. Minimum Requirements: Must be at least eighteen (18) years old. Legally authorized to work in the country without needing sponsorship for work visa status now or in the future. Ability to read, write, comprehend, and communicate fluently in English and Spanish. A valid, unrestricted Driver's License is required. Must be able to retrieve materials from shelves and carry up to 50 lbs frequently, and up to 70 lbs on occasion. Willingness to work scheduled hours, which may include evenings and weekends. Preferred Qualifications: A High School diploma or GED. At least one (1) year of experience in a customer service, retail, or delivery role. Previous experience selling paint and related products. Familiarity with operating tinting and mixing equipment.
