Overview

Holland & Knight's San Francisco office has an immediate opening for a real estate attorney with 3-6 years of transactional experience that should include responsibility for complex real estate and/or corporate transactions. The role is transactional, related to mixed-use developments, and involves significant drafting, including carrying complex concepts through multiple documents. A writing sample reflecting competency in complex transactional drafting is required. A background in mixed-use or residential development and/or hospitality is required. Admission to practice in CA, immediate transferable skills, a strong academic background, and detailed and technically proficient writing skills are also essential. In accordance with the California Pay Transparency Law, the pay range for this position in California is $260,000 - $390,000/yr. This range is specific to this location and may not be applicable to other locations. An individual's actual compensation will depend on the individual's qualifications and experience. Responsibilities

Review, negotiate, and draft complex real estate and related transactional documents for mixed-use developments and other real estate and corporate transactions. Carry complex concepts through multiple documents and work closely with clients and internal teams. Prepare a writing sample demonstrating competency in complex transactional drafting. 3-6 years of real estate transactional experience; California bar admission. Background in mixed-use or residential development and/or hospitality.
