This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated attorney to work on sophisticated, high-value real estate transactions in a collaborative and well-established team. What You’ll Do
Represent clients in complex commercial real estate matters, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and financing. Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and transaction documents. Work closely with senior attorneys on multi-million-dollar deals. Engage directly with clients, lenders, and developers. What We’re Looking For
JD class of 2022 or 2023(licensed or pending admission in Illinois). Strong academic credentials. Demonstrated interest or prior experience in real estate law.
