Location: 433 Adams Street Paducah, KY 42003 Job Description: Experience:
Minimum of 3 years in a financial leadership role within a nonprofit health care or social service organization, with experience managing grant and federal fund compliance. Experience with complex budgets, fund accounting, and government regulations is essential. Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required; MBA, CPA, or other relevant credential is strongly preferred. Fundraising Expertise:
Demonstrated knowledge of GAAP, nonprofit fund accounting, audit preparation, and financial forecasting. Strong background in developing and managing multi-million-dollar budgets, overseeing audits, and implementing internal controls. Grant Compliance:
Experience managing diverse funding streams, including federal, state, and private grants. Proven ability to navigate regulatory requirements, particularly in healthcare or 340B funds. Technology Proficiency:
Advanced proficiency in financial software such as QuickBooks and Excel. Experience integrating financial systems and improving financial workflows is a plus. Skills Strategic thinker with strong analytical and decision-making capabilities. Exceptional communicator with the ability to explain financial concepts to the leadership and funders. High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in fast paced environment. Collaborative leader with a commitment to transparency, equity, and accountability. Experience working in diverse and mission-driven environments.
