We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Recruiting Manager to lead our recruitment initiatives and enhance our strategy for attracting exceptional talent. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sourcing techniques and managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from identifying candidates to onboarding. You will collaborate with hiring managers across departments to tailor recruitment strategies, use data to drive decisions, and ensure a positive candidate experience. You should be passionate about recruiting and knowledgeable about the current employment landscape and best practices to build high-performing teams and contribute to the company’s growth. Essential Duties And Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a team of recruiters, providing direction, support, and development opportunities. Cultivate a collaborative, high-performing environment. Develop and implement comprehensive talent acquisition strategies using various sourcing methods (job boards, direct sourcing, social networks, referrals). Collaborate with hiring managers and HR business partners to understand organizational structure and design; provide guidance throughout the recruitment process. Lead high-volume recruiting efforts to meet business needs with efficient processes and deadlines. Apply recruitment metrics and data to evaluate and improve the hiring process; track KPIs and report to HR and leadership. Elevate the employer brand and candidate experience; collaborate on recruitment marketing strategies. Ensure compliance with employment laws and industry best practices; stay updated on trends in talent acquisition. Manage relationships with external agencies and vendors; negotiate contracts and evaluate performance. Cultivate partnerships with educational institutions and professional organizations for recruitment opportunities. Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Assist with various research or special projects as needed. Position based in Herndon with travel to other locations as needed. Performs other related duties as required. Basic Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or related field. Minimum of five years of recruiting experience. Experience leading a recruitment team or function is preferred. At least two years using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software (creating job postings, candidate management, sourcing, data analytics). At least two years working with recruitment best practices, employment laws, multiple sourcing methods and tools. At least two years of experience with Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, macros). Competencies
