An experienced senior manager is needed to lead the Clinical Engineering program for a healthcare facility in Zanesville, OH. This role calls for a high-level leader with a background managing biomedical services in large healthcare systems. The position offers an opportunity to oversee medical equipment operations, implement process improvements, and provide leadership to supervisors and technical staff. Responsibilities

Oversee and manage all aspects of the clinical engineering program. Lead a team of supervisors and technical professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance management. Ensure the effective maintenance, repair, and calibration of a wide range of medical equipment. Drive process-improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, compliance, and service quality. Collaborate with hospital leadership and clinical teams to align biomedical services with patient-care priorities. Monitor compliance with regulatory standards, safety protocols, and hospital policies. Manage departmental budgets, vendor relationships, and contract negotiations as needed. Identify opportunities for team development and continuous improvement in healthcare technology management. Qualifications

A minimum of 5 years experience managing biomedical services within a large healthcare system. Demonstrated experience collaborating with executive leadership and C-suite stakeholders. Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance standards (CIHQ, DNV, Joint Commission). Solution-oriented mindset with strong critical thinking and conflict-resolution skills. Solid business acumen with a focus on budget management and decision-making. Track record of leading high-performing teams, mentoring, and developing talent. Key Duties

Provide overall management and supervision of the assigned account, assuming full responsibility for operational and fiscal performance. Oversee all clinical staff for program management and regulatory compliance. Lead project management and capital planning initiatives. Manage client/customer relations. Handle purchasing for the clinical engineering department. This position is on-site, full-time, in Zanesville, OH. Relocation assistance can be provided within the US.
