Treasury Manager
to oversee our cash forecasting, liquidity planning, and treasury operations as we scale. This is a critical role supporting our growth through acquisitions and organic expansion, helping to ensure visibility and control over cash across multiple entities and bank relationships as well as building scalable treasury operations from the ground up. You will partner closely with finance, accounting, M&A, and operations leaders to drive timely, accurate insights and effective treasury execution. The
Treasury Manager
can work on a hybrid schedule from our Atlanta or Dallas office. Key Responsibilities of the Treasury Manager
Lead and maintain the 13-week cash forecast across all entities; continuously refine based on real-time insights from AR, AP, payroll, M&A activity, and revised Company initiatives Monitor daily cash balances, intercompany activity, and liquidity needs across bank accounts Establish and maintain banking relationships; open/close accounts in alignment with acquisitions and business needs Implement treasury policies and controls to ensure cash security, compliance, and efficiency Support the integration of newly acquired businesses into treasury systems and processes Evaluate and implement treasury tools or systems to improve automation and cash visibility Assist in debt covenant tracking, capital calls, and lender reporting in the event of debt financing Lead efforts to centralize cash management, including sweep structures or cash pooling strategies Provide treasury input into working capital and strategic planning models Ad-hoc financial support of Company initiatives as required Qualifications of the Treasury Manager
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; an MBA or CTP is a plus 5+ years of experience in treasury, FP&A, corporate finance, or related roles Experience in multi-entity, multi-bank environments; PE-backed or acquisition-heavy companies preferred Strong Excel and cash modeling skills; familiarity with treasury software or NetSuite a plus Detail-oriented with a builder mindset—comfortable creating processes and tools from scratch Proven ability to work cross-functionally and adapt in a changing environment Seniority level
