Junior Marketing Project Manager
to the team. The role oversees the efficient execution of marketing initiatives, with a strong focus on email campaigns and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality projects. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with project management expertise to manage approval processes, coordinate cross-functional efforts, and maintain adherence to timelines and brand standards. Since 1999, Newtek has delivered state-of-the-art, cost-efficient products and services to SMBs across all 50 states. Responsibilities Oversee and manage the end-to-end execution of marketing initiatives, particularly email campaigns, from concept through delivery. Develop detailed project timelines, track progress, and ensure adherence to deadlines. Manage the approval process for all marketing materials, ensuring stakeholders sign off on content, design, and strategy before release. Work closely with creative, design, content, and marketing teams to ensure all project components are aligned and delivered on schedule. Facilitate communication between different teams, ensuring clarity on project goals, deadlines, and deliverables. Identify potential risks to project timelines or quality and proactively resolve issues to keep projects on track. Ensure marketing materials adhere to brand guidelines and quality standards; review deliverables for accuracy and alignment with objectives. Act as the primary point of contact for project updates and ensure stakeholders are informed of progress, delays, or changes. Develop and implement processes for efficiently managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to prioritize projects and adjust timelines as needed.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
1+ years of project management experience, preferably in marketing, digital, or communications. Strong understanding of email marketing processes and best practices. Exceptional project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment. Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Monday.com) and marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain quality control under tight deadlines.
Education & Certification
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. Salary
