Marketing Project Manager
to the team! Responsibilities
Oversee and manage the end-to-end execution of marketing initiatives, particularly email campaigns, from concept through delivery. Develop detailed project timelines, track progress, and ensure adherence to deadlines. Manage the approval process for all marketing materials, ensuring all stakeholders sign off on content, design, and strategy before release. Work closely with creative, design, content, and marketing teams to ensure all project components are aligned and delivered on schedule. Facilitate communication between different teams, ensuring clarity on project goals, deadlines, and deliverables. Identify potential risks to project timelines or quality and proactively resolve issues to keep projects on track. Ensure that all marketing materials adhere to brand guidelines and quality standards. Review all deliverables for accuracy, consistency, and alignment with strategic objectives. Manage the editing and feedback loop to maintain high-quality, polished output. Act as the primary point of contact for project updates, ensuring that stakeholders are informed of progress, delays, or any changes. Foster a results-oriented culture, driving accountability to meet deadlines and performance expectations. Develop and implement processes for efficiently managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Ensure that all marketing projects align with overall business goals and strategies. Collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to prioritize projects and adjust timelines based on business needs. Contribute to the continuous improvement of marketing processes and workflows. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
1+ years of project management experience, preferably in marketing, digital, or communications. Strong understanding of email marketing processes and best practices. Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment. Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Monday.com) and marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain quality control under tight deadlines. Education & Certification Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. Salary Range:
