Overview
Adams & Martin Group is seeking a Temporary Real Estate Attorney to join a respected law firm in the Twin Cities. This is a contract opportunity with an onsite work model. Responsibilities
Handling real estate transactions with a primary focus on title and survey matters. Reviewing, analyzing, and resolving title insurance commitments, exceptions, endorsements, and survey issues. Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating real estate documents, including purchase and sale agreements, closing documents, and related contracts. Conducting due diligence and preparing title and survey summaries for transactions. Coordinating with clients, lenders, title companies, surveyors, and other parties involved in real estate deals. Managing files to ensure accuracy and compliance with firm standards. Providing legal support as needed to the real estate team. Qualifications
Juris Doctor (JD) and active license to practice law. 3+ years of experience practicing real estate law, with significant focus on title and survey review. Strong knowledge of title insurance commitments, endorsements, and applicable title standards. Experience conducting real estate due diligence and resolving title and survey issues. Excellent drafting, research, and communication skills. Strong organizational ability and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple matters efficiently and work both independently and as part of a team.
