Overview
We’re seeking a dynamic and strategic Social Media & Influencer Manager to help lead our social media and influencer marketing efforts across multiple platforms. This role is responsible for developing and executing monthly editorial calendars, managing influencer relationships, helping oversee the creation of platform-specific content, and analyzing performance metrics to drive engagement and growth. Responsibilities
Social Media Management Develop and maintain monthly editorial calendars across all platforms: Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Snapchat, Threads, X (formerly Twitter), YouTube, and LinkedIn. Execute against a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with brand goals and campaign initiatives, while tailoring content to the unique audience demographics of each platform and understanding what resonates most with those audiences in terms of tone, format, and messaging. Manage and schedule content using platforms such as Sprout Social, HootSuite, or other social media management tools. Collaborate with the creative team to brief and develop platform-specific assets—ensuring content is optimized for each channel. Monitor trends, platform updates, and audience behavior to inform content strategy and engagement tactics. Influencer Marketing Help lead the execution of EoS Fitness’s influencer strategy, including recruitment, onboarding, and relationship management. Utilize tools such as Sprout Social Influencer Management, Later, Azea, or similar platforms to manage influencer campaigns and communications. Coordinate influencer content creation and ensure alignment with brand messaging and campaign goals. Track and report on influencer KPIs, including reach, engagement, conversions, and ROI. Ideate and produce engaging, on-brand content in collaboration with internal teams and external creators. Brief creative teams on asset needs tailored to each social platform, avoiding a one-size-fits-all approach. Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines and maintains a consistent voice and tone. Brief influencers on asset needs tailored to their social platform to support both organic and paid social efforts, ensuring alignment with campaign goals and audience expectations. Analytics & Performance Metrics Analyze performance across social media and influencer campaigns using platform analytics and third-party tools. Provide regular reports and insights to stakeholders, highlighting successes, opportunities, and areas for optimization. Maintain a clear understanding of key social media KPIs including engagement rate, reach, total video views, follower growth, click-through rate, and conversions—while keeping broader social strategy goals top of mind. Use data-driven insights to inform future content planning, influencer partnerships, and platform prioritization. Qualifications
We’re looking for a candidate with 4–6 years of experience in social media and influencer marketing, preferably in the fitness, lifestyle, or consumer brand space. Proficiency in Sprout Social, HootSuite, Later, Azea, or similar platforms. Strong understanding of each social media platform’s unique features, audience, and content best practices. Proven track record of managing influencer programs and driving measurable results. Excellent communication, project management, and organizational skills. Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and community building. Self-starter with ability to work independently and with minimal supervision. Good sense of humor and upbeat attitude. Attention to detail, able to work under deadlines and multi-task efficiently. Ability to manage own calendar in Outlook, ensuring deadlines for all marketing tasks/initiatives are met. Ability to travel as needed. Passion for the fitness industry. Ability to problem solve independently and with limited direction when needed. Job Details
