Role focused on client management, project execution, and team coordination within the Market Strategy & Understanding service line. This position supports project delivery, client interactions, and analytical storytelling to turn data into actionable insights. Responsibilities
Client Management Responsibilities: Shares documents, schedules and field updates. Participates in client conversations, contributing to at least basic presentations of documents and research findings with a gradual increase throughout development in role. Engages in broader team conversations that proactively link past research and upcoming proposal opportunities to the current research. Project Management Responsibilities: Custom survey development, link checking, fieldwork monitoring, data processing and analysis planning, report visualization and storytelling guidance, report population and development. Oversees the Analyst and other team members, providing instructions, quality control, and supervision under manager direction. Employee Management Responsibilities: May act as manager to Analyst or Senior Analysts as they rotate through the service line, including overseeing training schedules, day-to-day workload guidance, supervision and feedback. Strategic Thinking Expectations: Minor strategic thinking focused on developing analytical skills; observe more senior team members’ client interactions, decision-making, and broader vision. Proactively seeks industry information related to client needs to anticipate opportunities. What you can expect to be doing
Focus on executional excellence, while growing internal and client partnership skills Understand the project lifecycle for custom research and manage projects start-to-finish with proficiency, with some supervision Interact with clients on execution-focused tasks and contribute to presentations for basic results Provide pricing support and material development for proposals as requested Contribute to methodological considerations and recommendations as part of a larger account team Qualifications
Advanced proficiency with MS Office Suite; specifically, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint Outstanding attention to detail, accuracy and thoroughness in completing tasks Ability to positively interact with internal support teams Superior organizational skills and commitment to accuracy and completeness of information Data savvy with basic knowledge of SPSS or other quantitative reporting tools is a plus Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong client service orientation Ability to manage complex, multi-faceted project budgets and to create, manage, and commit to a project plan, schedule and budget Highly motivated, self-directed with a driven personality capable of working within tight deadlines Thrives within a team environment Excellent written and verbal communication skills with well-developed interpersonal and presentation skills Completed Bachelor’s Degree; master’s level education an asset At least 2 years of market research experience Salary and Location
