Client Management Responsibilities
Shares documents, schedules and field updates. Participates in client conversations, contributing to at least basic presentations of documents and research findings with a gradual increase throughout development in role. Engages in broader team conversations that proactively link past research/ upcoming proposal opportunities to the current research. Project Management Responsibilities
Key execution activities include, but not limited to: Custom survey development; Link checking; Fieldwork monitoring; Data processing and analysis planning; Report visualization and story-telling guidance; Report population and development; Overseeing role of Analyst on these tasks, where both may play a role; Tasks performed under supervision of manager/senior team members. Employee Management Responsibilities
May act as manager to Analyst or Senior Analysts as they rotate through the service line. Includes overseeing training schedule, day-to-day workload guidance and supervision, and providing feedback. Strategic Thinking
Minor strategic thinking expected, with a focus on developing analytical skills, but should observe more senior team members’ client interactions (the actions that the Ipsos team is doing as part of client service/account management), decision-making and broader vision. Proactively seeks out industry information related to clients needs, i.e., some level of self-education to learn more about clients so you can anticipate needs. What’s required
Advanced proficiency with MS Office Suite; specifically, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint Outstanding attention to detail, accuracy and thoroughness Ability to positively interact with internal support teams Superior organizational skills, attention to detail & commitment to accuracy Data savvy with a basic knowledge of SPSS and/or other quantitative reporting tools a plus Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong client service orientation Ability to manage complex, multi-faceted project budgets and to create, manage, and commit to a project plan, schedule and budget Highly motivated, self-directed with a driven personality Thrives within a team environment Excellent written & verbal communication skills with interpersonal and presentation skills Completed Bachelor’s Degree; master’s level education an asset At least 2 years of market research experience If you don’t meet 100% of the requirements, we encourage all who feel they might be a fit for the opportunity to apply. The salary range for this role in New York, NY is $75,000 to $80,000. Your final base salary will be determined based on several factors which may include but are not limited to location, work experience, skills, knowledge, education and/or certifications.
