Overview
Senior Director, Marketing - Broadridge Trading & Connectivity solutions (Hybrid- NYC). Broadridge is seeking an accomplished and high-performing Senior Director, Marketing to lead the marketing for the Trading & Connectivity Solutions business. Reporting to the Global Head of Capital Markets Marketing, this role shapes marketing strategy, messaging, and integrated campaigns to drive engagement, commercial outcomes, and brand/category leadership. The role collaborates with business, product, and sales management to define and execute a cohesive marketing strategy and plan, ensuring messaging resonates across priority personas and buying groups while leveraging market thematics to drive in-year engagement and sales. This role manages annual marketing planning and budgets, KPI tracking, and stakeholder communications, and drives industry visibility through events and thought leadership. The position is hybrid, with assigned Broadridge office and flexibility for remote work. Base pay range
$165,000.00/yr - $180,000.00/yr Key Responsibilities
Marketing & Commercial Leadership: Develop and refine the marketing strategy to achieve business targets, aligning with commercial priorities (product and sales) for Broadridge Trading and Connectivity solutions globally; own the overarching messaging framework for priority client personas and products. Go-to-Market & Stakeholder Alignment: Partner with Sales, Product, and Business stakeholders to develop go-to-market plans, define value propositions, and translate these into actionable, integrated campaigns; work with regional marketing teams and centers of excellence to deliver best-practice, aligned campaigns. Integrated Campaigns (product, persona, and thematic): Design and execute multi-channel, data-driven campaigns that drive measurable pipeline growth and nurture key buyer personas throughout the customer/prospect journey; elevate brand authority through thought leadership, events, and content. Market Visibility & Thought Leadership: Maximize Broadridge’s presence at industry events and through content programs with SMEs to deliver timely insights. Digital & Performance Marketing: Oversee digital-first tactics (SEM/SEO) to enhance visibility, optimize demand generation, and achieve global reach; maintain a performance culture with KPI-driven optimization. Budget & Project Management: Direct the annual marketing plan, calendar, and budget with disciplined execution, reporting, and continuous optimization. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required; MBA a plus. 10+ years of B2B marketing leadership within financial services or fintech; strong trading and capital markets experience preferred. Experience developing campaign messaging and buyer personas to support product launches and campaigns. Skilled in senior stakeholder management with influence across sales, product, and C-suite; ability to lead cross-functional marketing teams toward outcomes.
