Director-level HR Business Partner
to play a strategic and hands-on role in supporting executive leadership, enabling high-performing teams, and driving organizational effectiveness. This role will report directly to the CHRO and serve as a trusted advisor to leaders across multiple functions, including GTM and Product. You will own initiatives spanning talent strategy, leadership coaching, organizational design, succession planning, and culture development. Key Responsibilities: Act as a strategic HR advisor to senior business leaders, aligning talent strategies with overall business goals Lead org design, workforce planning, and change management efforts during a period of high growth Partner with business leaders on team performance, development planning, and succession strategies Drive employee engagement initiatives, culture scaling, and internal communication programs Use data and insights to influence talent decisions, identify trends, and solve business challenges Collaborate with centers of excellence (e.g., Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, L&D) to deliver HR programs that scale Support integration efforts for acquisitions and other large-scale organizational initiatives Ideal Background: 6–12 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3–5 years as a strategic HR Business Partner Experience in a fast-paced B2B SaaS or technology-driven environment Track record of partnering with executives and senior leaders across diverse functions Skilled in organizational design, change management, and talent planning Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution Strong interpersonal, influencing, and executive communication skills Why This Opportunity: Join a market leader in a mission-critical, recession-resilient industry Work closely with an experienced executive team and forward-thinking CHRO Contribute to building the next phase of a scaling SaaS organization Meaningful ownership over HR strategy, with the autonomy to drive change Collaborative, performance-oriented culture with a strong focus on development
