Director, HRBP

We’re partnering with a high-growth, private-equity-backed SaaS organization at the forefront of digital transformation in a complex and evolving industry. As they scale, they are seeking a Director-level HR Business Partner to play a strategic and hands-on role in supporting executive leadership, enabling high-performing teams, and driving organizational effectiveness.

This role will report directly to the CHRO and serve as a trusted advisor to leaders across multiple functions, including GTM and Product. You will own initiatives spanning talent strategy, leadership coaching, organizational design, succession planning, and culture development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a strategic HR advisor to senior business leaders, aligning talent strategies with overall business goals
  • Lead org design, workforce planning, and change management efforts during a period of high growth
  • Partner with business leaders on team performance, development planning, and succession strategies
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives, culture scaling, and internal communication programs
  • Use data and insights to influence talent decisions, identify trends, and solve business challenges
  • Collaborate with centers of excellence (e.g., Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, L&D) to deliver HR programs that scale
  • Support integration efforts for acquisitions and other large-scale organizational initiatives

Ideal Background:

  • 6–12 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3–5 years as a strategic HR Business Partner
  • Experience in a fast-paced B2B SaaS or technology-driven environment
  • Track record of partnering with executives and senior leaders across diverse functions
  • Skilled in organizational design, change management, and talent planning
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
  • Strong interpersonal, influencing, and executive communication skills

Why This Opportunity:

  • Join a market leader in a mission-critical, recession-resilient industry
  • Work closely with an experienced executive team and forward-thinking CHRO
  • Contribute to building the next phase of a scaling SaaS organization
  • Meaningful ownership over HR strategy, with the autonomy to drive change
  • Collaborative, performance-oriented culture with a strong focus on development
