Privacy Analyst at RiVidium Inc. RiVidium Inc. is seeking a Privacy Analyst. Responsibilities

Preparing and reviewing system authorization packages Selecting, implementing, and assessing privacy controls Drafting and reviewing privacy impact assessments Developing and providing privacy-related training Auditing programs and information systems that process PII Drafting and reviewing privacy notices, policies, and procedures Assisting with the response to a breach in accordance with Federal privacy laws and policies Reviewing incident reports and evaluating the risk to potentially impacted individuals Supporting breach response table-top exercises Drafting and reviewing privacy reports, such as the privacy-related reports required under FISMA Requirements For This Position

Three (3) years of experience interpreting, implementing, and applying the privacy provisions of the E-Government Act and FISMA, including OMB’s implementing guidance. Experience with Microsoft Office software (Access, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Outlook) and Adobe Acrobat Pro. Education: Bachelor’s degree Strong verbal and written communication skills. Preferred Qualifications

Five (5) years of experience interpreting, implementing, and applying the privacy provisions of the E-Government Act and FISMA, including OMB’s implementing guidance. Bachelor’s degree in one of the following fields or related studies: Business Administration Computer/Data Science Information/Data/Knowledge Management Law Management Information Systems Paralegal Studies Public Administration About the Organization
