Perform all phases of toxic tort, habitability and environmental litigation, including case management, motion practice, discovery, hearings, depositions, arbitrations, and trials. Represent clients in state, federal, and administrative hearings and trials, including Superfund multi-site litigation and coordinated Federal Multi-District Litigation. Support a diverse client base ranging from individuals and partnerships to Fortune 500 companies; collaborate on mass tort and products liability matters where applicable. Qualifications
Admitted to the California Bar. Strong research and writing skills. 1 to 7 years of experience in toxic tort, habitability and environmental litigation or related litigation; ability to manage case load and conduct hearings, depositions, arbitrations, and trials. Developing or demonstrated interest in toxic tort and environmental law is welcome. Salary & Benefits
Minimum Salary: USD 135,000 per year Maximum Salary: USD 180,000 per year Medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and 401(k) with employer match Employment Details
