Seasonal Tax-FSO- GCR Tax Accounting and Risk Advisory-BCM Senior Manager at EY. EY is seeking a Seasonal Senior Manager to provide tax accounting and risk advisory services within the National Tax Department (NTD) and Tax Accounting and Risk Advisory Services (TARAS) practice. Location

Location: Anywhere in Country (New York or Remote - Seasonal Tax Senior Manager - Banking and Capital Markets). Responsibilities

Provide tax guidance and consulting related to tax accounting and planning (internal restructurings, acquisitions, dispositions, carve-out financial statements, GAAP conversions from US GAAP to IFRS or IFRS to US GAAP, share based compensation, financial statement restatements, and balance sheet remediation of tax accounts). Assist companies with all aspects of their preparation of the tax provision. Review the tax provision process to improve efficiency and accuracy and enhance the control environment, including assessing tax risk and control environments beyond Sarbanes-Oxley Section 404. Qualifications

A bachelor\'s degree in a related field, with significant tax or legal experience; MST, MAcc, or JD/LLM preferred. Valid US CPA license or active state bar membership. Minimum of 10 years of work experience in professional services, tax organization, law firm, or IRS. Broad understanding and experience with federal income taxation. Strong analytical, written/verbal communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and attention to detail. Preferred/Ideal

Strong ASC 740 and/or IAS 12 experience, corporate tax planning and compliance experience, and broad exposure to federal income taxation. What We Offer
