Base pay range

Our firm is dedicated to protecting the rights of the injured, with over 120 years of cumulative experience in trial law and substantial involvement in the advancement of the organized trial bar at local state and national levels. We are renowned for achieving seven and eight figure recoveries in cases running the gamut of personal injury litigation. Our expertise includes cases with severe outcomes such as wrongful death, permanent disability, brain damage, blindness, and spinal cord injury. Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Associate Attorney primarily reporting to our Fort Lee and Hackensack NJ offices. The position requires at minimum three to five years experience in plaintiff personal injury litigation. You will be responsible for preparing cases from beginning through trial with available assistance of the firm partners. Additionally, the role will involve managing your trial team consisting of at least one paralegal and one administrative assistant along with all allied support staff including the assistance of investigators. The salary is commensurate with courtroom experience. The salary income is highly competitive above which is an excellent benefits package valued at an additional $50,000.00 over annual salary. We pay all bar memberships and Continuing Legal Education including programs outside of New Jersey. Responsibilities
Prepare cases from filing through trial with support from firm partners. Manage trial team including at least one paralegal and one administrative assistant, plus allied support staff and investigators. Qualifications
Expertise in plaintiff personal injury litigation; strong command of New Jersey and New York Court Rules and Rules of Evidence. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Bilingual in Spanish or Korean is a plus but not mandatory. Ability to work independently and as part of a trial/litigation team. Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school with license to practice in New Jersey and New York (state and federal courts). Admitted to practice law in New Jersey (New York admission is a plus). Previous experience in personal injury law is a plus; leadership potential is valued. Additional Notes
