Key Responsibilities and Duties
Handle a variety of business litigation and employment defense matters Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and legal memoranda Participate in all phases of litigation, including depositions, mediations, hearings, and trials Represent clients in court and arbitration proceedings Assist with case strategy and client communication Collaborate with senior attorneys and partners on complex litigation matters Qualifications
