Overview
Interim Compensation Consultant (ID:47166). This project-based role will lead the development of a formal compensation strategy and infrastructure. The consultant will partner with executive leadership and HR to scope and deliver a customized project that establishes a compensation philosophy, bands, levels, and structure for approximately 25 job titles. The work is flexible in terms of hours and targeted for completion by the end of Q3. Worksite Location:
Hybrid flexible, Minneapolis, MN office. Salary Range:
Hourly rate between $85-$110, DOE. Benefits:

Collaborate with leadership to define and implement a compensation philosophy Design compensation infrastructure, including job families, bands, levels, and pay grades Review and align approximately 25 job titles to the defined structure Evaluate and incorporate job competencies into the compensation strategy Conduct compensation benchmarking and provide data-driven insights Partner with stakeholders to assess and revise job descriptions as needed Present recommendations and documentation to leadership for implementation Required Skills & Experience
Strong experience in strategic compensation design and implementation Ability to consult with leadership and influence compensation philosophy Proficiency in compensation benchmarking tools and methodologies Experience creating job levels, families, titles, and pay bands Comfortable working independently and managing a scoped project timeline Experience aligning competencies with compensation frameworks About Versique
