About the Role
We’re looking for a results-driven
Senior Influencer Marketing Manager (In-House)
to lead creator and influencer initiatives across Nysonian’s portfolio of brands. This is a true in-house role — you’ll be based in our Miami HQ, collaborating directly with our marketing leadership, creative team, and paid media buyers. No agencies running point — you’ll own influencer strategy, execution, and scaling end to end. In this role, you’ll develop and execute influencer marketing programs that build meaningful relationships with creators, drive awareness, and convert sales for brands like NOBL Travel and FLO Pilates. You’ll lead everything from strategy, sourcing, and negotiation to campaign management, whitelisting, and reporting. You’ll also partner closely with our Creative and Paid Media teams to ensure influencer content not only inspires but performs at scale. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of relationships and performance — able to connect authentically with talent while building data-driven systems that maximize ROI. Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies aligned with brand and business objectives across travel, fitness, and lifestyle verticals Identify, source, and manage relationships with macro, mid-tier, and micro-influencers who authentically align with Nysonian brands Lead end-to-end campaign management including outreach, negotiation, briefing, contracting, and approvals Strategically seed products to top-tier creators and emerging talent to maximize organic reach and authentic integrations Drive whitelisting and paid amplification strategies to extend the reach of influencer content Collaborate cross-functionally with Creative, Paid Media, Brand, and PR teams to integrate influencer programming into broader campaigns Plan and execute influencer events and activations to deepen relationships and generate high-quality content Manage influencer budgets, ensuring efficient allocation to maximize ROI and earned media value (EMV) Track, measure, and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights to optimize future initiatives Stay ahead of creator economy trends, platform changes, and new content formats to keep Nysonian brands at the forefront What We’re Looking For
4–6 years of influencer marketing experience in DTC, preferably within lifestyle, fitness, or travel categories Proven track record of executing campaigns that drove measurable results (sales, EMV, awareness) Strong network of influencer and talent relationships in the U.S. market Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, and organizational skills Deep knowledge of paid amplification, affiliate integrations, and influencer performance metrics Hands-on experience with influencer platforms and tools (e.g., CreatorIQ, Aspire, Grin) A balance of creative instinct and performance mindset — able to brief compelling content while optimizing for ROI Passion for travel, fitness, and lifestyle products that inspire how people live and move Base salary: $110K–$140K depending on experience Performance bonus opportunities tied to campaign success and ROI Comprehensive benefits package for you and your family Generous PTO Growth opportunities within Nysonian’s in-house marketing team Company Overview
