Ceres is seeking a results-driven Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to help drive growth and be a part of a dynamic global Talent Acquisition team. This role will play a critical part in attracting top talent for our Emergency Response, Construction, Forestry and Vegetative Management teams, ensuring we remain ready and equipped to meet both routine and crisis-driven environmental demands. This is a senior role that leads high-impact searches. You’ll apply advanced sourcing strategies, deliver industry insights, and shape the candidate and hiring process to secure industry-leading talent. This role reports to the Talent Acquisition Leader and is based in Sarasota, Florida, and requires working onsite, 5 days per week. Only candidates currently located in or near the area will be considered. Responsibilities
Lead full-cycle recruitment for senior, technical, or hard-to-fill positions, serving as a trusted advisor. Build and nurture passive candidate pipelines, leveraging market mapping, networking, and sourcing campaigns. Actively manage candidate development and experience. Analyze and share labor market insights to inform hiring strategies and business planning. Manage complex offer negotiations and provide guidance on compensation and onboarding alignment. Mentor and coach junior recruiters, sharing best practices, tools, and candidate care methods. Optimize recruitment workflows including ATS configurations, templates, dashboards, and reporting. Represent the company at industry events, university fairs, and professional associations. Ensure all requisition/candidate activity data is captured in the ATS. Other recruitment projects as needed by the organization. Required Qualifications
6+ years of talent acquisition experience. Bachelor’s degree. Demonstrated success in developing and executing effective sourcing strategies and analyzing market trends. Proficiency in ATS systems and recruitment analytics. Ability to work onsite, 5 days per week. Drive for results, independent initiative, highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Strong consultative relationship-building skills and ability to effectively interact and influence at all levels in the organization. Ability to work in a collaborative, inclusive and professional environment managing sensitive/confidential information appropriately. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with global recruiting. Physical Requirements and Environment
Must be able to sit, stand, and work at a computer for extended periods. Occasional travel for recruitment events or initiatives. Seniority level
