SAP - Finance Product Costing - Manager - Consulting - Location OPEN. EY is seeking a Manager in Technology Business Analysis with a focus on SAP – Finance Management Accounting and Product Costing to help clients leverage SAP technology and improve operations. Lead the translation of business requirements into technical specifications. Evaluate and ensure alignment of technology solutions with business objectives. Drive continuous improvement and innovation in processes and solutions. Lead delivery streams, manage projects, and engage with external clients daily; travel may be required based on client needs. As a Manager in Technology Business Analysis, you will bridge business needs and technical solutions, analyze business models and processes to capture requirements, and ensure system architecture aligns with business objectives. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree. 4 to 6 years of relevant SAP Controlling experience with a focus on Product Costing, including production strategies (Make-to-Stock, Make-to-Order). Deep knowledge of overhead cost accounting, integrated financial planning, margin analysis, universal allocations, and integration with other SAP modules (Material Management, Production Planning, Financial Accounting). Exposure to other FICO modules is preferred. Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service, and technical writing skills. Experience managing an SAP project or workstream; familiarity with hybrid onshore/offshore delivery is desirable. Functional understanding of the system development lifecycle and technology business architecture frameworks; ability to translate requirements into business solutions and configurations (SAP and non-SAP). Knowledge of Product Costing leading practices, Costing Variants, Results Analysis, Material Ledger, and Cost Center planning in S/4HANA/ECC; understanding of Parallel Ledgers and integration with Controlling. Preferred/Ideal Skills
Prior consulting industry experience; SAP certifications (e.g., P_S4FIN) are a plus. Experience with multiple full-cycle implementations and ability to lead cross-functional teams. Proactive problem-solving, decision-making, and relationship management skills. Willingness to travel to meet client needs. What We Look For
