Consult with senior executives, other HRBPs and HR partner groups (people analytics, recruiting, compensation, associate relations, learning & development, etc.) to drive business success by providing thought leadership and direction, delivering a HR strategy aligned with the organization’s needs. Lead senior executives in translating the business strategy into a talent strategy that embeds a culture where associates are seen, heard, valued and have an equitable opportunity to succeed. Embedded within the LOB senior leadership team, be accountable for delivering talent-related deliverables including: Defining a talent strategy that supports business strategy/objectives Strategic workforce planning, including succession planning Recruiting/retention strategies, including talent marketplace assessments to attract and motivate talent Assessing Human Capital risks and developing remediation strategies as appropriate Incorporating trends and gaps into strategic decisions and the talent plan Assessing skills gaps and partnering with the business Managing employment practice risk, including Associate Relations mitigation, staffing/co-employment strategies, etc. Influencing prioritization of work to drive the highest value for client groups Providing executive coaching and advice on leadership, teamwork, org design, strategy, etc. Creating and supporting business outcomes with HR programs, initiatives and strategies leading to a market competitive advantage Develop innovative and creative solutions with a willingness to push for transformative work. Lead and participate in enterprise-wide HR project work, partnering with peers across the organization to create and share systemic solutions to HR challenges. Measure effectiveness of HR strategy and programs to ensure business effectiveness. Leverage data to craft insights that drive intentional action. Be an inspiring leader to your HR team and partners, providing focus through vision and prioritization, and elevate your team through coaching and development. Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification At least 7 years of HR Business Partner experience or HR consulting experience, or a combination Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree or Military Experience MBA or Master’s degree Experience partnering with Engineering or Product Management executives Experience as a people manager Professional HR Certification (or Senior Professional HR certification or coaching certification) 9+ years of HR Business Partner experience or HR consulting experience, or a combination Note:

The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location. Salaries are for candidates hired to work in one of these locations and may be prorated for part-time roles. McLean, VA: $200,100 - $228,400; Richmond, VA: $181,800 - $207,500 for Director, HR Business Partner. Other locations will follow the applicable pay range. This role may be eligible for performance-based incentive compensation, including cash bonuses and/or long-term incentives (LTI).
