Advise and represent clients in cases ranging from personal injury, wrongful death, and medical malpractice to product liability, construction defect, and employment matters. Manage cases from start to finish, including client consultations, legal research and investigation, negotiating settlements with insurance companies and opposing counsel, and handling post-trial matters. Attend hearings, depositions, arbitrations, and trials, presenting arguments before a judge or jury. Qualifications
4+ years of complex litigation experience Washington State Bar membership Juris Doctor (JD) Your New Organization
