This is a unique opportunity for a junior to mid-level attorney to take on a role with significant ownership and direct impact. Working side-by-side with the firm’s principal, you will be a key player in managing a sophisticated IP practice and shaping the firm\'s future. We are looking for a professional who is eager to handle a variety of substantive matters, contribute to building scalable systems, and grow with a fast-moving firm. In our collaborative environment, your ideas matter from day one, and your growth is tied directly to merit and performance, not lockstep progression. What You’ll Do
Trademark & Patent Prosecution:
Manage U.S. trademark filings, maintenance, and respond to USPTO Office Actions for both trademark and patent matters. IP Enforcement:
Handle all aspects of online enforcement, including DMCA takedowns, infringement analysis, and cease and desist strategies. Litigation:
Draft federal complaints, coordinate with local counsel across the country, and assist in managing all phases of litigation filings. Practice Management:
Lead IP docket management and help implement legal tech tools to keep the practice lean and efficient. International Coordination:
Liaise with foreign counsel on prosecution and enforcement matters across multiple jurisdictions. Qualifications
A U.S.-licensed attorney in good standing (any state) with 2–5 years of direct intellectual property experience. Demonstrated experience in drafting complaints and conducting thorough legal research. Proficient with USPTO procedures and online enforcement strategies. A tech-forward and solutions-oriented mindset with an interest in using tools to work smarter. Based in or willing to relocate to the Princeton, NJ area and available for in-person work. Compensation:
The position starts at $130,000 per year, with significant potential for expansion and performance-based bonuses. Location:
Princeton, NJ Schedule:
