Defines the product portfolio for the Commercial building segment as a priority. Gains a deep understanding of customer and stakeholder wants and needs through market research to identify and fill product gaps to grow market share, improve customer experience, and drive growth. Creates buy-in for the product vision internally and with key external partners. Develops product pricing and positioning strategies. Translates product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes. Scopes and prioritizes activities based on business and customer impact. Works with stakeholders to deliver with quick time-to-market and optimal resources. Drives product launches with the marketing communications team, executives, and other product management team members. Trains NAM and CAM teams to understand the value proposition and sell up. Understands and communicates the product value in the final product. Represents the company by visiting customers to solicit feedback and conducts field work during pre-launch and post-launch stages. Collaborates with all departments to maintain ongoing innovation. Leads strategic initiatives defined in planning, including creation of a second engine business. Manages the Product Manager team to accomplish innovation and organizational goals. Leads the Innovation Market development team. Specific Job-Related Knowledge, Experience, & Abilities

BS in Architecture or Marketing. 10+ years of experience. Strong understanding of the Glass and Glazing industry dynamics, with experience in architectural sales, customer relationships, product management, and interaction with architects and specifiers. Strong communication, customer service, creativity, financial thinking, and leadership skills. Customer Experience Focus

As a key contributor to our marketing team, you will shape and enhance the customer experience across all touchpoints. You will develop and execute marketing strategies that prioritize customer satisfaction, loyalty, and engagement, collaborating cross-functionally to align brand messaging with customer needs and expectations.
