QLM is partnering with a global glass manufacturer who are setting the pace in their industry for growth and innovation, whilst implementing significant, long-term investments in its U.S. operations, to transform legacy sites into a high-tech, future-ready operations.
As part of their growth we are searching for a
Quality Director
to lead quality assurance, finished goods, and reselect operations to support high profile beverage customers through world-class standards and continuous improvement.
You’ll take ownership of:
Quality Assurance : Overseeing standards, systems, and key customer relationships. Knowledge with FSSC 22000 / ISO 9001 / Food Safety and GMP
Finished Products : Leading a 24/7 operation, developing and training teams for best-in-class quality
Reselect Operations : Managing on-site reselect and coordinating third-party providers
Must be experienced in Glass Manufacturing processes with emphasis on finished goods and cold end.
This is a
visible, high-impact leadership role
at a key time of momentum, where you will have a pathway and mentoring for career progression within a global business.
Packaging experience is essential alongside a strategic mindset with hands-on execution.
