Digital Products Director (Multiple Positions Available) – JPMorganChase. This role involves leading market and user research to assess feasibility and appeal of new product opportunities, defining product vision, prioritizing requirements, and developing a product roadmap. Drive product portfolio and growth strategy for new products and build business cases to justify investments. Build proof of concepts to explore new products and technologies aimed at increasing efficiency and reducing costs. Travel up to 20% domestically. Responsibilities

Conduct market and user research to assess feasibility and appeal of new product opportunities.

Define vision for new products, prioritize requirements, and develop a product roadmap.

Analyze customer issues to determine customer needs; conduct surveys, interviews, and product focus groups.

Design low fidelity mock-ups to visualize product requirements for design and engineering teams.

Prepare product launch plans and partner with go-to-market and sales teams to increase product adoption.

Gather product engagement analytics and investigate how users interact with the product to optimize the user experience.

Drive product portfolio and determine growth strategy for new products.

Prepare business cases to justify product investments.

Build proofs of concept to explore new products and technologies to increase efficiency and reduce costs.

Qualifications

Minimum education and experience: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field plus nine (9) years of relevant experience in Digital Products Director, Product Management, IT Project Manager, Software Product Expert, Principal Software Engineer, or related roles. Alternatively, a Master’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field plus seven (7) years of relevant experience.

Seven (7) years of experience with: product management for consumer and enterprise products; full lifecycle of native mobile applications (iOS and Android); cloud-native software architecture; hybrid cloud architectures; senior program and delivery management; executive stakeholder management; user needs analysis; building products for application users; cloud computing, infrastructure, and platform strategy; leveraging large language models in intelligent search; AI/ML and data processing; data extraction and transformation on payment tech with ML OCR; managing globally distributed cross-functional teams; enterprise-scale data analysis; iOS/Android design systems; wireframing and prototyping with Figma and low-code tools.

$235,000 - $285,000 per year
