About the Role: We are transforming the future of compliance and sustainability with data-driven solutions. As a Senior Product Go-To-Market (GTM) Manager, you will shape how product launches succeed in market and scale GTM strategies to accelerate growth and drive customer value in the environmental health and safety (EHS) tech space. This role involves building scalable processes, translating vision into executable programs, and partnering cross-functionally to drive impact. Location: We prefer candidates in the Bethesda, Maryland area, but remote candidates in the Eastern Time Zone will be considered. Responsibilities

Strategic Planning: Develop and execute GTM strategies, including market analysis, product positioning, and launch planning. Program Management / Cross-functional Collaboration: Lead collaboration with marketing, sales, engineering, and other teams to ensure a unified approach to product launches and value across the customer experience. Market Insights and ICP Alignment: Understand customer needs, competitive landscapes, and market trends to inform GTM strategies; lead marketing research and competitive intelligence workstreams. Product Launch Leadership: Coordinate cross-functional GTM efforts for product launches, including positioning, messaging, enablement, and execution planning; ensure alignment and readiness with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success. Product Positioning and Messaging: Define the product’s unique value proposition and craft compelling messaging for key buyer personas. Sales/GT M Enablement: Provide training, resources, and support to sales and customer teams; develop GTM aids such as pricing guidance, assets, bundling strategies, and enablement tools. Performance Monitoring: Track KPIs related to win rate, product usage, customer satisfaction, and revenue; identify issues and drive optimization. Adaptability: Adjust GTM strategy based on market feedback and performance data. Qualifications

Experience: 4+ years in product management, product strategy, or product marketing with accountability for GTM strategy and orchestration—ideally in B2B SaaS, information services, or regulatory/sustainability tech. Experience or interest in EHS, compliance, or sustainability domains is valued. Broad GTM Expertise: Strong knowledge of product management principles, strategic marketing, and the B2B sales process; proven track record of GTM strategies leading to adoption, growth, or revenue. Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for diverse stakeholders. Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions. Leadership/Influence: Ability to lead cross-functional teams and align stakeholders around a shared vision while driving accountability. Project Management: Strong skills to manage complex projects and drive execution across teams. Compensation and Benefits

The anticipated salary range is

$120,000-$135,000

per year. Final offers depend on skills, experience, location, and qualifications. Some roles may include performance-based incentives and/or equity, depending on the position.
