Requisition Type: Contingent Position Title: Project Manager Duties and Responsibilities
Schedule and conduct a joint Government and contractor kick-off meeting Participate in the development of the program's Transition Plan to ensure continuity of support for the JSSO Participate in the development, presentation, and implementation of the Quality Control Plan for the program Provide monthly inputs to the Monthly Status Report Provide for sufficient level of support to support the JSSO core missions Ensure contractor personnel are cross trained to provide for surge capacity when necessary Ensure that processing of received taskings through the Joint Staff Action Processing (JSAP) management system/Enterprise Task Management System (ETMS2) Ensure that program tasks are accomplished on time and with the requisite level of quality; task areas include: Program Management and Policy Support Information Security (INFOSEC) Communications Security (COMSEC) Personnel Security (PERSEC) Privacy Act Operations Security (OPSEC) Physical Security (PHYSEC) Insider Threat (InT) Foreign Disclosure Support Administrative Support Knowledge And Qualifications
Fluent in English and able to read, write, and comprehend government documentation Thorough knowledge of basic Microsoft programs (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Minimum of 8 years of related experience in security fields: INFOSEC, COMSEC, PERSEC, PHYSEC, Internal Threat (InT), OPSEC, and Privacy Bachelor's Degree or equivalent (H.S. Diploma and six additional years of related security experience) TS/SCI eligible clearance Knowledge and experience providing quality customer service to Government employees, military personnel, contractors, and/or visitors All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, protected veteran status, or disability.
