Senior Product Solutions Manager
to help shape the systems and strategies that move our business forward. This is your opportunity to step into a pivotal role where innovation meets execution. Business & Technology Alignment: Partner with leaders across business units to define needs, translate goals into system requirements, and ensure every solution supports long-term strategy. Product & Systems Design: Lead end-to-end solution design, from business process mapping to testing and implementation—leveraging Agile methodology to deliver iterative, high-impact results. Automation & Efficiency Projects: Own complex automation and workflow improvement initiatives that increase productivity, reduce costs, and deliver measurable business value. Data-Driven Decision Support: Design and develop analytics dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools. Turn data into insight, and insight into action. Team Leadership & Collaboration: Provide coaching and direction to team members, share knowledge across departments, and foster a collaborative problem-solving environment. Process Optimization & Risk Planning: Drive innovation by designing tools and systems that support business continuity, disaster recovery, and long-term sustainability. What You Bring To The Team
You’re equal parts strategist, problem-solver, and builder. Education
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Finance, Logistics, or related field Experience
10+ years of hands-on experience in business systems or product management Proven success managing complex system implementations using Agile methodology Experience leading cross-functional projects and mentoring others Technical Toolbox
Skilled in SQL and BI/reporting tools like Power BI or Tableau Strong process mapping, requirements documentation, and test planning expertise Familiar with dimensional data models, business continuity planning, and enterprise platforms Leadership Strengths
