San Jose, CA Role Description
Own and define the product strategy and roadmap for the Commerce and Provisioning domain. Lead initiatives across quote-to-cash (QTC) functions, driving seamless integration across CRM, CPQ, ERP, and provisioning systems. Collaborate with engineering teams to deliver scalable, resilient, and user-friendly product features. Work closely with Sales, Revenue Operations, and Customer Success to capture requirements and feedback. Translate business needs into clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Define and monitor key metrics to measure product success and continuously improve customer experience. Prioritize backlogs, facilitate grooming and planning sessions, and drive cross-team alignment. Stay current with industry trends and technology to ensure the product remains competitive. Skills
Strong product management experience in SaaS, especially in quote-to-cash (QTC) processes. Hands-on expertise with systems like CRM (e.g., Salesforce), CPQ (e.g., Salesforce CPQ or Apttus), ERP (e.g., NetSuite, SAP). Experience with provisioning and fulfillment workflows in a subscription/SaaS model. Proven ability to work cross-functionally with engineering, sales, operations, and customer success teams. Strong understanding of customer journey mapping and improving end-to-end lifecycle from quote to provisioning. Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience defining product strategy and roadmaps in an agile environment. Domain knowledge in subscription billing, entitlements, and usage metering. Familiarity with rev ops or finance operations processes. Prior experience working with middleware/integration platforms (e.g., MuleSoft, Boomi). Understanding of compliance and audit requirements in QTC flows. Experience managing B2B SaaS product lines with enterprise-level clients. Exposure to AI/automation use cases in provisioning or commerce workflows.
