Aspen is seeking a Chief Growth Officer (CGO) to join one of our partner firms to lead and implement the Aspen Growth Model and value creation playbook. The Chief Growth Officer, alongside the partner firm’s Founder, will be responsible for firm P&L and will drive KPI achievement and business growth. The CGO will continually iterate the organic growth playbook for the firm to realize double digit AUM and EBITDA growth. The CGO will report to the founder of the partner firm and will work in person in their offices. Key Responsibilities

Implement the Aspen Growth Model and Be a Dedicated and Focused Growth Multiplier: Work alongside partner firm CEO to achieve the firm’s P&L targets, ultimately driving double-digit AUM and EBITDA growth by executing the value creation plan. Put the company on a path to achieving 3x organic growth over a 5-year period. Build an in-depth understanding of the Aspen Growth Model (including pricing, marketing, M&A, value creation, etc.) and make strategic recommendations for how to prioritize, adapt and pull growth levers to achieve the value creation plan. Implement the Aspen Growth Model, driving key operational initiatives for the firm and demonstrate cross-functional project and stakeholder management expertise. Ensure and accelerate the firm’s readiness for M&A, leading tuck-in integrations as relevant. Build and maintain KPI dashboards and reports to provide insight and transparency into performance, reviewing the performance regularly with the Founder/CEO and Aspen. Implement and help drive a company-wide Operating Rhythm, ensuring the firm leverages weekly project/issue tracking methods as well as quarterly and annual planning to stay focused and execute on the most critical value creation efforts. Bring a continuous improvement mindset to your work and the company, consistently evaluating the efficacy and efficiency of various initiatives, projects and approaches. Drive accountability throughout the partnership and across the company. Analytical and pragmatic P&L Thinker: Run an efficient, effective and compliant organization, achieving margin and operational maturity metrics around client service SLAs, cybersecurity and industry best practice compliance. Advocate at partner firm and with Aspen for business processes and sales/marketing needs to maximize efficiency and effectiveness. Ensure client service is excellent and implement operational changes and initiatives to sustain and improve an eNPS of 30+. Relationship Management & Team: Build meaningful relationships up and down the organization, listen to and incorporate staff input into business processes and strategies. Communicate effectively with Aspen HQ, ensuring seamless collaboration on projects and day-to-day business operations. Serve as a thought partner to the CEO/Founder. Qualifications

Track record of driving revenue growth through organic and inorganic strategies. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify opportunities and make decisions. Excellent leadership abilities with the capacity to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams and make data-driven, timely decisions. Strong organizational, critical thinking and communication skills. Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university; MBA preferred. Seniority and Employment
