The product design team is at the center of solving complex challenges of data management, security, AI and the team of designers from diverse experiences lead this effort through collaboration. Responsibilities

This resource would have the responsibility of designed intuitive, user-centered interfaces by translating business requirements and customer insights into wireframes, prototypes, and detailed UI specifications. Collaborate across teams to define interaction flows, visual design, and brand experience, while independently managing design reviews and presenting to stakeholders. Ensured consistency through design patterns and usability best practices. What you’ll do

Contribute to the design of useful, usable, and desirable user interfaces in a team environment. Create user-centered designs by considering market segment analysis, customer feedback, site metrics, and usability findings. Contribute to the brand experience, visual communication, and way finding design. Use business requirements and customer research to assist in developing scenarios, use cases, and high-level requirements. Design the look & feel, interface, and interaction flow of customer experiences. Drive the design review cycle and close on design requirements independently. Develop conceptual diagrams, wireframes, visual mockups, click-throughs, and prototypes. Develop and maintain detailed user-interface specifications and design patterns. Present design work to the user experience team, product team, and executives for review and feedback. Qualifications

BA/BS degree in industrial design, HCI, interaction design, or related field preferred. May be substituted with significant industry experience and accomplishments. 3+ years of experience in product, web, mobile, and interaction design. A portfolio that can demonstrate your ability to work on modern digital products. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills including the ability to communicate design concepts clearly and persuasively across different audiences and varying levels of the organization. Superior planning skills to stay ahead of the work. Work must consistently demonstrate a strong aesthetic judgment and training, in addition to exemplary UX & ID skills. Thorough understanding of the design process to perform research, build workflows and user journeys, execute design with high quality prototypes and test mock-ups for feedback. Proficiency in relevant design tools such as Figma and Adobe Suite. Advantageous: Masters degree in industrial design, HCI, interaction design, or related field; passion for learning and innovation; fluency in information architecture and usability principles; experience in building interactive prototypes. Disclosure Pursuant to Applicable State Equal Pay Transparency Laws – This position has a starting pay range as listed. Actual salary depends on many factors including skills, qualifications, experience, location, and salary expectations. Pay range: $112,880.00-$141,100.00.
