We are seeking motivated, creative, and exceptional people to join our world-class team. We are seeking a Technical Recruiter to join our growing People Operations team. You will play a critical role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring the best talent in the tech industry. As a Tech Recruiter, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging top candidates, managing the end-to-end recruitment process, and contributing to our employer brand. What you\'ll do:

Talent Sourcing:

Utilize creative and effective methods to identify potential candidates Candidate Screening : Conduct thorough screenings and initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit Stakeholder Collaboration : Work closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies Recruitment Process Management : Oversee the entire recruitment process from job posting to offer negotiation, ensuring a positive candidate experience Employer Branding : Assist in promoting our company culture and values through various channels to attract top talent Data Integrity : Maintain accurate records in real-time in our applicant tracking system (ATS), providing regular reports on recruitment metrics Compliance : Ensure all recruitment activities comply with relevant employment laws and company policies What you\'ll bring:

1+ years of experience in recruiting, preferably in a tech start-up 1+ years of experience in a fast-growing, high tech company Passion for building teams to solve tough technical challenges Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines Benefits and Perks
