Review of Ophthalmology . Salary based on experience. Schedule: Full-time. For over a century, Grene Vision Group has been a trusted leader in eye care, proudly serving the Kansas community. With more than 35 dedicated optometrists and 5 highly skilled ophthalmologists across 18 locations, we attract patients from near and farsome traveling over 4 hours just to see our outstanding providers. As we have grown, we launched a brand-new Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) with 6 operating rooms, state-of-the-art technology, and a dedicated support staff. A unique partnership track is available for motivated professionals eager to grow with us. We are actively seeking an additional Glaucoma Surgeon to join our expanding team. Our current glaucoma surgeon is at capacity, creating a strong opportunity to step in and make an immediate impact. With a 70/30 split between glaucoma and cataract care, you will have a full roster of patients for both clinical and surgical procedures from day one. Our supportive environment includes trained staff and an on-site physician liaison to help you establish meaningful relationships within the community. Responsibilities
Provide glaucoma care with a 70/30 split between glaucoma and cataract services, including clinical and surgical procedures. Join an expanding team; current glaucoma surgeon is at capacity, creating an opportunity to contribute immediately. Collaborate with on-site physician liaison and a dedicated support staff to build patient relationships and establish practice growth. Incentives
Guaranteed base salary for 2 years plus production model. 20 days of PTO. CME allowance. Commencement bonus.
