SENIOR PRICING ANALYST

on our Pricing & Legal Project Management team. This role can be based in San Francisco, Palo Alto, Los Angeles, San Diego, Denver, Boston, New York or Washington, D.C. About The Role: The Senior Pricing Analyst supports partners in providing financial analysis on key client accounts and high value portfolios. This individual provides coaching and guidance to partners, business professionals and Client Account Managers (CAMs) regarding effective pricing solutions that balance client needs and the firm’s profitability.

Responsibilities

Develop pricing solutions for partners through modeling of rates and discounts, realization, direct margin and leverage assumptions.

Support annual deal processes through the review of client agreements, negotiation with partners and clients, updating of the deals database and coordination with billing and collections.

Develop AFA’s based on profiling or proper scope definition from Partners. Recommend matter structures to improve tracking and reporting of performance.

Communicate to Partners, CAMs and Leadership on matters at risk requiring action such as re-negotiation or better leverage models.

Conduct post-engagement analyses using historical financial data and decision insights to assist in pricing future engagements focused on improving financial performance.

Support the Pricing team in developing best practices, tools and process improvements.

About You

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business or similar required.

5 years’ experience in the Professional Services field with roles requiring intricate financial analysis. Pricing experience preferred.

Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills, especially Excel.

Working knowledge of Legal Industry accounting systems; 3E is a plus.

Effective communicator with clients and internal teams.

Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn new applications quickly.

Ability to manage multiple requests, priorities and meet deadlines with high accuracy.

Attention to detail and strong proofreading skills.

Client-focused mindset with demonstrated ability to deliver value.

Ability to take assignments from inception to completion with minimal supervision.

Independent judgment in problem analysis and solution development.

Where required by law, salary ranges are stated below. The application deadline is December 4, 2025. Salary ranges vary by city:

New York, San Francisco, Palo Alto: $104k - $146k

Los Angeles, San Diego, Boston, Washington, D.C.: $99k - $138k

Denver: $93k - $130k
