The Senior Revenue Analyst serves as a lead analyst within the revenue management team, responsible for maximizing revenue opportunities across the most complex and high-value portfolios. This role combines deep analytical expertise with commercial acumen to drive pricing and inventory decisions that directly impact business performance. The Senior Analyst partners closely with the pricing strategy team to champion revenue-generating initiatives, while also mentoring and developing junior analysts. With a strong focus on data-driven decision-making, the role requires proactive identification of risks and opportunities, clear communication of insights, and the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders. The Senior Analyst also supports leadership with high-impact reporting and ad-hoc analysis to guide future pricing strategies.

Responsibilities

Serve as lead analyst for the team’s highest revenue-generating and most complex portfolio, optimizing pricing and inventory to maximize yield.

Champions various revenue generating initiatives alongside pricing strategy team.

Analyze and interpret data using advanced tools to produce actionable insights and reporting that support strategic decision-making.

Evaluate occupancy, channel performance, and sourcing trends to identify risks and opportunities across the portfolio.

Coordinate with the market performance team on behalf of team portfolio to identify voyages for future marketing assets.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in related field, such as Economics, Business or Mathematics

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications – Word, Excel (advanced Excel), PowerPoint

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Experience in Tableau / Power BI a plus

Working knowledge of computerized yield/revenue management and database management systems a plus

Ability to apply analytical skills, meet deadlines and maintain attention to detail and accuracy

2 to 5 years in revenue management, market planning or commercial analysis

Prior cruise or travel industry experience a plus

This position is considered Hybrid and follows the Company’s schedule of three days in the office per week (Tuesday – Thursday)
