Role: Connectors PM you will expand Gleans connectors library, deepen product integrations, and improve the Indexing API and custom connector capabilities. What you will do
Spend time with customers to deeply understand their knowledge needs Develop key parts of the product roadmap by marrying customer needs with the product vision Empower the team by giving context, setting direction, and building alignment Drive customer-focused decisions, clear prioritization, and efficient execution Coordinate cross-functionally with leadership, go-to-market teams, and other stakeholders Build scalable processes to support rapid growth Who you are
5+ years of product management experience at SaaS companies, with enterprise-focused responsibilities across customer-facing surfaces and internal capabilities Strong technical background with API-first products, integration paths, and 3rd party partnerships Excellent written and verbal communication Proven ownership, initiative, and results delivery Strong collaboration with cross-functional partners Learning and growth mindset Mission-first mindset; success measured by product and team outcomes Early adopter of AI in product development and passion for helping customers accelerate AI adoption Benefits

For California-based applicants: The standard base salary range is $130,000 - $240,000 annually. Compensation may include variable compensation, equity, and benefits based on location and experience. Equal Opportunity
