$40.00/hr - $60.00/hr SSAL, a Michelin-starred, seafood-centric restaurant with a Korean sensibility, is seeking motivated, professional individuals to join our team. Open Positions: Dining Room Captain Backwaiter Senior Chef de Partie Qualifications and requirements include a strong foundation in modern cooking techniques and plating, the ability to work cleanly, efficiently, and collaboratively in a high-paced environment, and experience in seafood preparation (with knowledge of Korean ingredients and techniques being a plus). Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to mentor junior team members are also valued. What We’re Looking For

Schedule: Wednesday-Sunday (Dinner service only) Health and dental insurance available after 90 days Dining discount Full-time preferred; part-time considered.
