US IT Site Manager Location

Miami, Florida Position Summary

Within the framework of the Global IT organization objectives, this role oversees IT infrastructure, systems administration, and end-user support activities for the Miami site and potentially broader US support scope. Acts as the main point of contact between the business functions in Miami and the global IT support and infrastructure teams and external service providers. Focused on ensuring stable, secure, and efficient IT operations that enable business continuity and growth. Key Responsibilities

Leadership and Management Provide input to and lead implementation of local and regional IT infrastructure and support strategies in line with corporate objectives and standards. Lead and mentor a local IT support team, ensuring operational excellence, continuous improvement, and alignment with global IT policies. Manage relationships with global infrastructure teams and third-party vendors to ensure delivery according to agreed SLAs. Act as a business partner to local leadership, ensuring IT solutions address business needs effectively and efficiently. Lead the local IT team, fostering collaboration, innovation, and alignment with global IT objectives. Act as the primary point of contact for the management of IT support services, serving as the focal point for local company leadership and global VIP leaders, ensuring high-quality service and proactive communication. IT Operations and Support Ensure the installation, configuration, maintenance, and reliable operation of hardware, software, and network systems. Oversee end-user support services, ensuring timely issue resolution and customer satisfaction. Coordinate proactive maintenance, upgrades, and patch management to minimize downtime and security risks. Work closely with global teams to implement corporate IT initiatives locally. Project Management Manage and oversee local infrastructure and IT support projects, from planning through execution and monitoring. Evaluate and recommend solutions to improve infrastructure performance, scalability, and security. Support global and regional application deployments from an infrastructure perspective. Security and Compliance Ensure IT infrastructure and support operations comply with corporate security standards, policies, and regulatory requirements. Promote security best practices across the local organization, including user awareness initiatives. Financial Management Monitor and control the local IT infrastructure and support budget, ensuring alignment with corporate directives. Identify and implement cost optimization opportunities without compromising service quality. Communication and Business Partnership Develop strong, trusting relationships with local business leaders to understand their needs and align infrastructure and support services accordingly. Regularly communicate the status of IT operations, projects, and key initiatives to local and regional stakeholders. Cooperate with external service providers to ensure services meet business requirements. Collaborate with global IT teams to shape and execute long-term IT strategies tailored to U.S. business needs aligned with the US IT head. Training and Best Practices Provide guidance and training to staff on IT processes, systems, and security. Promote the adoption of global IT best practices to increase operational efficiency. Skills & Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field. Experience: 8–10 years in IT infrastructure & support roles, including leadership positions. Broad knowledge of IT systems administration, networking, hardware, software, and security. Proven experience working with global teams and managing third-party service providers. Strong communication skills to engage with technical teams, business stakeholders, and vendors. Solid project management skills with a focus on delivering stable and secure IT operations. Fluent in English; Spanish is a plus. What We Offer
