Overview Reporting organisationally to the Head of Commercial Rights Delivery, the Commercial Rights Delivery Manager will oversee the successful operational implementation and fulfilment of FIFA Commercial Partners’ World Cup contractual rights and obligations. This role is venue based. It includes management of official sites requirements and stadium preparation of Commercial Partners activities and deliverables.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and oversee the operational implementation and delivery of the FIFA World Cup 2026 Commercial Partners agreements.

Work with stadium venue management, stadium Authorities, and other functional areas to plan and deliver the rights and obligations of the Commercial Partners.

Coordinate and deliver stadium inspections and Commercial Partners operational visits, understanding the commercial requirements at the stadium as well as the F&B concessions operations.

Coordinate the implementation of clean site and Commercial Partners exclusivity in the appointed official sites.

Together with FWC26 project leads and the FIFA HQ Commercial Rights Delivery team, implement specific marketing projects at the stadium e.g., Value-in-Kind, Special Marketing Programmes and other partners activities, etc.

Serve as the primary point of contact for FIFA Commercial Rights Delivery addressing inquiries, resolving issues throughout the event operation delivery process.

Work with marketing suppliers and assist them in the delivery of their obligations.

Support the Commercial Rights Delivery team with other projects as required and the venue team during the tournament period.

Prepare comprehensive reports, guidelines, and presentations on rights delivery progress, highlighting key achievements, challenges, and recommendations for future events.

Prepare tournament debrief reports.

Any other duties that may be required.

Your Profile

Bachelor’s Degree or similar level of education

Minimum of ~5 years of work experience in events operations

Proven track-record in managing complex projects

Ability to adopt a strategic view, take decisions, and act promptly

Ability to operate in a high pressure and fast paced environment

Experience in managing international events or in organizations with international offices/staff

Innovator and added-value approaches towards rights delivery

Fluent in English. Spanish and/or French proficiency is a plus

Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio & Project) and planning software and online collaboration tools
