Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Change Management Consultant to support enterprise-wide transformation initiatives involving Oracle Fusion (Cloud ERP, HCM, or Financials). In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring successful user adoption and organizational readiness by leading change strategy, communication, training, and stakeholder engagement efforts. You’ll partner with project leaders, functional consultants, and client stakeholders to navigate the people side of change—minimizing disruption and enabling long-term success. Responsibilities
Conduct organizational change impact assessments, stakeholder analyses, and readiness assessments to identify potential challenges and opportunities. Develop and deliver targeted communications, engagement plans, and executive messaging to build awareness and alignment across all levels of the organization. Define and manage the training strategy, curriculum, and delivery approach for end users, in coordination with Oracle Fusion functional leads. Work closely with project teams to ensure alignment of change activities with implementation milestones and business objectives. Facilitate stakeholder and user feedback loops; adjust change tactics as needed to support adoption. Track and report on change management KPIs, adoption metrics, and business readiness throughout the implementation lifecycle. Coach leaders and change agents to champion the transformation and reinforce change across the organization. Qualifications
3+ years of experience in organizational change management supporting ERP, HCM, or financial systems implementations. Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud applications (ERP, HCM, SCM, etc.) or similar platforms strongly preferred. Strong knowledge of change management frameworks (e.g., Prosci/ADKAR, Kotter, McKinsey 7S) and tools. Demonstrated success managing change in complex, global organizations or large-scale transformations. Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills. Comfortable working in fast-paced, client-facing environments and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Development, Communications, HR, Business, or related field or equivalent work experience. Compensation and Benefits
At Impact Advisors, we are committed to transparency and equity in our compensation practices. The compensation for this role includes a salary range of $90,650-$173,000. For salaried positions, this role may also be eligible for an annual bonus. Additional benefits and perks may also be available, depending on the position and employment terms.
